Shipping policy

All order processing and shipping times cannot be guaranteed, if you have questions regarding shipping time, please reach out to info@jigmasters.com

Order Processing:

Typical shipping time is 1-7 business days. 

Holiday's and other busy times of the year please expect delays. 

Many items are made to order items and therefore require some time for those items to be made. 

Local Pickup:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local pickup is available for addresses within 20 miles of our shop.
If the local pickup option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local pickup.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with additional information regarding pickup. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates:

The cost of shipping is determined by current delivery rates set by USPS and UPS, it is determined by weight and distance of shipping.

Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are USPS and UPS standards, these are third party businesses and we do not guarantee their shipping times. If you have questions regarding shipping times you will need to contact them directly.
