JigMasters LLC Refund Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Because each lure is made and packaged by hand, we do not offer refunds for general wear, use, or custom color variations. However, if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund the product upon verification.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at info@jigmasters.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds (if approved) are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Returns are accepted only for unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending any return, please contact us at info@jigmasters.com for authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund or store credit (as applicable).

Due to the nature of custom-made and limited-edition products, custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
